BEACH VILLA SPECIFICATIONS

 

 

Beach Villa is one of best located properties on the Towans. It enjoys spectacular, far reaching and uninterrupted views, stretching from the Lighthouse at Godrevy Headland, toward Hayle Estuary, Carbis Bay and St Ives.

 

It is a privately owned 3 bed roomed detached property situated towards the end of the Towans, the first in a rank of five. The beach and sea are directly opposite, and only a two minute walk away.

         Large family dining area with seating for up to 6 to 8 persons.  

 

KITCHEN

 

·       With spectacular views toward Godrevy. Large newly fully fitted solid Oak Kitchen with flat screen T.V. Wine cooler (up to 20 bottles), Washing machine, Dishwasher, Electric built in Oven and Ceramic hob, Fridge/Freezer, and Tumble Dryer.

 

·       The Kitchen is fully equipped for up to six persons, with crockery, saucepans, glassware, serving dishes, cutlery and utensils, Kettle, Toaster, Juicer, table and dish clothes.

·       Family bathroom, with sunken bath and electric shower – heated towel rail.

 

MASTER BEDROOM 1 (sleeps 2)

The property is located in a central plot – it is completely private with no properties overlooking at the rear or front.

 

Parking - private off road parking for up to 2 cars. A well established garden to the side of the property and sunbathing area. 

 

The front and rear of the property are “decked” for al- fresco evenings with tables and chairs to front and rear.

 

There is an outside hot and cold shower –when coming of the beach – particularly useful for surfers – or messy dogs !!
