A strict and thorough grounding in basic procedures is
the foundation of our work, enabling us to tap the creative potential inherent
in the Alexander Technique. Because of the ideal
situation, certain aspects of the work will be carried on out of doors.
This is important as the awareness factor alters from enclosed to open
spaces. Here we have the opportunity to experience both aspects.
Alexander Teachers are very welcome to
visit the Alexander Technique school of Cornwall and experience what we
do. If it is necessary, simple accomodation can be arranged. |
